New day, a new watch dial, new mood. The Parsonver smartwatch is a rose gold case with a pink band that contains 4 fixed dials along with 80 more dials within the app. You can choose the dial that is in line with your mood of the day or upload your favorite picture to customize the watch face.

Standing, Moving, Exercising. The Parsonver watch is the fitness partner that wears on your wrist. Monitoring your heart rate, sleeping situation, etc, directly showing your daily activity. Note: the band is 20 mm and can be replaced.

If you meet the charging issue, please try to wipe the charging points with alcohol cotton cloth. Recommend charging the watch with the usb cable (included), and 5V 2A charger (Not included).

If still no work, when charging, please confirm whether the watch can vibrate and whether the heart rate light on the back is flashing and working. If there is no response, please message us through Amazon(Go to Your Order–> Find the order ID in the list–> Click ‘Contact with us’).

If you meet connectivity issue, please do as below:

Please turn off Bluetooth setting, turn on again, and find device name to connect.
Try restarting the smartwatch and then connect to device.
Try restarting the App and then connect.
Try restarting the phone, opening the App, and searching again.

If you meet notifications not work, please do as below:

After the smart watch is connected, turn on the notification reminder in the App.
Give the Notification Permission of the app and keep the app always running in the phone background.
Make sure the device and App are not on Do Not Disturb mode.

Kindly Note:

The watch’s case is made of metal. Those who are allergic to metal should pay more attention. Don’t wear the watch too tight or wear it for a long time, so your wrist skin can breath well and feel comfortable.
Can not answer calls or send messages.
Sleep monitoring only records from 9:00 pm to 12:00 pm next day.
The bluetooth connect distance is 8-10m.
Smart watch data can’t use for medical purposes. The monitoring data is for reference only.
The smart watch is not compatible with PC or tablet.
Do not operate the watch underwater and wear the watch to deep dive.
Do not use in bath, sauna, hot spring or other environments with corrosive liquid and hot steam, which will lead to product failure.
